Steps to Regenerate issue:
 # Login to demo-trunk: URL - https://demo-trunk.ofbiz.apache.org/partymgr/control/main
 # Find a Party
 # Go to Party Content https://demo-trunk.ofbiz.apache.org/partymgr/control/EditPartyContents
 # Upload a file and click on create

Actual - System displays an error on the UI. Please refer to the screenshot attached below.

Expected - Party Content should be uploaded successfully and success message should be displayed.
