> 1. Open https://demo-trunk.ofbiz.apache.org/catalog/control/EditProductPromoRules?productPromoId=9000 with login credentials admin/ofbiz
> 2. Validate that the condition type and action type is not shown in dropdown.
> 3. Now validate the inputParamEnumId, productPromoActionEnumId of productPromoAction and productPromoCond entity.
