Steps to recreate -
 # [https://demo-trunk.ofbiz.apache.org/sfa/control/main]  admin/ofbiz
 # Go to Applications > SFA
 # Go to SFA Manager > click Competitors & Partners

Actual - application doesn't move to next step

Expected - Competitors and Partners page should open.
