    Description:
*Steps to regenerate:*

1) Login to facility component ([https://demo-trunk.ofbiz.apache.org/facility/control/main]).

2) Navigate to Shipments screen ([https://demo-trunk.ofbiz.apache.org/facility/control/FindShipment]).

3) Click on New Shipment button to create a new Shipment.

4) New Shipment screen is having the Update button instead of Create button.
