>  Currently, the WSDL for a soap service is obtained by http://localhost:8080/webtools/control/SOAPService/<serviceName>?wsdl, but the service is called at URL http://localhost:8080/webtools/control/SOAPService/, and the service name is inferred from the soap message, rather than from the URL.
