this is the core businessplan component. shell.
it does have the help files that will be modified in the near future.
businessplan has two sections
1)setup
2)running in ofbiz
A)monitoring/modifing Budgets generated during setup against the GL.
B)generating business plans and updates.
note Have not set the patch available since i want to get all the patches up. however if you want to put in this for review of the help that would be ok.
