To reproduce this problem:
1. Import DataToReproduceOFBiz-5634.xml in webtools Entity Import.
2. Visit https://localhost:8443/catalog/control/EditProductSubscriptionResources?productId=GZ-NEWS-1MO
3. Add a new subscription resource.
4. Click next button, error message displayed.
