Attached patch adds full category listing under <noscript> section, so robots can browse ecommerce categories.
This doesn't have impact on what user sees, but generates larger html, which may affect sites with many categories.

Oh now that I created the patch, I saw that I fixed another thing by the way - missing link to jquery.cookie.js:)
