    Description:
Currently OFBiz only provides internal party selection based on role. While this might be suitable for the smaller organisation, this is not enough for any organisation with a larger workforce.
OFBiz provides ample means to manage the workforce through the Humanres application.
OFBiz should be able to utilize the data generated by the Humanres solution, in particular in the EmplPositionFulfillment entity, for identification and selection of internal parties (persons) in various applications.
