As suggested by Pierre,

EmplPositionType CIO, CMO, CCO, CSO and ResponsibilityType INFO_MGMT, MKTG_MGMT, COMPLI_MGMT, SECUR_MGMT were added to applications/humanres/data/HumanREsTypeData.xml after the first patch was applied.

> EmplPositionType CEO and CFO seem just as common as PROGRAMMER and SYS_ADMIN so it seems to make sense to add them.  ResponsibilityType GENERAL_MGMT is the common responsibility of position CEO and should probably be included also since it is just as common as SALES_MGMT and FIN_MGMT.
