This patch removes <entity-constraint name="parentTypeId" operator="equals" value="DEGREE"/> from qualification field dropdown entity-options at applications/humanres/widget/forms/RecruitmentForms.xml#EditJobRequisition to allow other types such as EXPERIENCE to be assigned as a job requisition qualification type.
