Hi Jacques,

The issue "StringIndexOutOfBoundsException: String index out of range: 3" is a bug reported to Tomcat 8.0.32.

Fortunately, it has already been fixed in Tomcat 8.0.33.

So, I provides a patch and libraries (attached) again for upgrading to Tomcat 8.0.33 which passed the 2 tests (testTextMacroLibrary and testCsvMacroLibrary) already.
