Here is a patch proposition.
This patch restricts the choices of the product 'from location'. Only the location where the product is available can be selected.

The form "LookupScreens.xml#LookupProductInventoryLocation" was modified to prevent crash when the 'productId' is not defined.

I put the change to use more easily the "'targetParameterIter" option used in the PickMoveStock.ftl .

Please note that this patch is certainly causing regression problem (as said in previous comment). But it can at least show the possibilities of "targetParameterIter" to solve this kind of issue.

I hope this can be a stepping stone for solving this issue.
