Thanks for the idea Pierre,
This is not a bug but a trivial task :)
To avoid redundancy and maintainabily nightmare I simply put a reference to the section in the committers page. I also added a note about "about backports for bug fixes": wWhen you don't backport a bug fix to a release branch, please explain the reason/s you don't backport. Then when others review they don't wonder why it was not backported and don't have to search why!
