Please find attached patch for removal of inline toggleAll function calling from ftls. Also removed js functions from OfbizUtil.js which replaced by one functionality of selectAll. Functions are: toggleAll, toggleAllDefault, checkToggle, checkToggleDefault, selectAll, selectAllDefault, and toggle.
