Code written in Minilang for the fail-property tag is not consistent throughout the application. The correct pattern to write is
<fail-property resource="CatalogErrorUiLabels" property="InvalidEmailAddress"/>
The wrong way in which this tag is written is
<fail-property property="InvalidEmailAddress" resource="CatalogErrorUiLabels"/>
