Done following:-
1. Improved text size value of 'Name' and 'Description' field under 'Edit Price Rule' section.
2. If the 'Condition' or 'Action' is not added to price rule then [ Remove ] button is also shown in 'Edit Price Rule' section, hence also check the alignment in that case.
