Patch contains following improvement:
- Moved PaymentGatewayConfigType data from PaymentGatewayConfData.xml file to AccountingTypeData.xml file.
- Changed data reader from seed-initial to demo for PaymentGatewayConfData.xml
- Removed duplicate entry of WORLDPAY and PAYPAL PaymentGatewayConfigType
