multitenant=Y in demo-stable.ofbiz.apache.org and demo-trunk?

Would it be reasonable to change stable and trunk demo sites so that the multi-tenant strengths of ofBiz can be exhibited?

I wonder if it would be easy to automatically change the multitenant flag in framework/common/config/general.properties to Y when demo-stable and demo-trunk are built?

Or is there some control at Login that enables me entering the TenantID; something I am currently unaware of?

Is that something I can do?

I would be happy to tackle doing this if it seems appropriate to do, if I have permission and if I can get a little direction.
