need help on timezone

Now i am using the calendar in myportal a problem shows up with the
timezone which changes. I set my timezone on Indochina Time. I have
verified my userLogin record that it is set properly.

When i go to the marketing component the timezone is set properly (at
the bottom of the screen) 7/6/09 4:09 PM - Indochina Time

now i select the myportal or the HR component, the zone switches to :
7/6/09 11:11 AM - Central European Summer Time

Anybody any idea?

It seems to work fine on the demo server and on my local machine.
