not automatically selecting the language of the settings of windows

Hello,

I use at www.olagos.eu ofbiz 11.0.4 .
You can check it online.
But when any chooses this website, the language is automatically selected
to "denapycki", which is not the language of the settings of windows .

Before on version 9.0.4 there was no problem with automatically setting the
right language.

Anyone an idea what could be the reason?

I run ofbiz on Linux, debian, running it on java 7.

You may want to try setting:

 "framework/common/config/general.properties" to:

locale.properties.fallback=nl
locales.available=nl,en,fr,it,de

And restart.
