    Following discussions
   
    * AsciiDoc generated online documentation and releases
    * New Online Help, need some ideas
    threads on dev ML
   
    I propose as suggested Oliver to put TOCs at the left. If I refer to
    https://github.com/asciidoctor/asciidoctor-gradle-plugin/issues/119
    toc: 'left@'
    should be put in the main build.gradle
