<@ofbizurl> and <@ofbizcontenturl> not working

Am using <@ofbizcontenturl> to fetch the header image,javascripts and stylesheets. It works fine for the first page however upon navigation to other pages, the url gets changed and hence the image, styles and javascripts are not applied. how can i make this url static at header. Thanks in advance.
