open bids for some new features

Hi everybody -

We're going to try to sponsor (ie, pay for) some new features for  
OFBiz and for opentaps where anybody in the community can bid on  
developing them.  Right now there are just a couple, but hopefully  
this list would grow over time:

Anybody could participate, so if you have time and are interested,  
feel free to send me a proposal.  Obviously, your work would have to  
be good enough to be included in the project, so it would help if you  
are quite familiar with it and really help if you are already making  
regularly accepted contributions.

I am already doing this, but prefer to just put in jira.
I was waiting for All to do something on the attachments.
if he is not going to do it then I will do  part of related to POP3
emails, since I am processing about 1,000 of these a day, and need to
have the attachment work.
