operator in for compare in minilang

Is there a reason why there is not the in operator for compare in minilang? It could be very convenient in some cases.

I have created https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/OFBIZ-3875 for this.
A tested patch is attached and will be commited in some days if nobody see any problems with it, nor have a better solution I will
commit it in some days.
