org.ofbiz.widget.screen.ScreenRenderException while connecting to MySQL

Hi

I have an issue in Ofbiz when try to connect to MySQL DB.

 The Connection get succeeded in MySQL and creating all tables, views and all.  but While ii access this url https://localhost:8443/partymgr/ then i got an  exception " org.ofbiz.widget.screen.ScreenRenderException: Error rendering screen [component://common/widget/CommonScreens.xml#GlobalDecorator]: java.lang.IllegalArgumentException: Template location is empty (Template location is empty) "

Its working successfully when i am connected to Derby DB.

These are the procedures i did to connect with MySQL. Please check and help me is there any mistakes.

Copy mysql jdbc driver to  {ofbiz}/framework/entity/lib/jdbc/

Update the file {ofbiz}/framework/entity/config/entityengine.xml

Its connecting fine but i cant access the login page.
