problem in downloading the chrome visual theme

I have been trying to down load the chrome visual them from the visual themes gallaray , the down load was success ful , when i try to open the zip file , i get a pop up saying that this is not a valid archive , any leads on this , any location where we can get working VT

when you say did not work, were you able to select it from the menu?
