Hello all,
Getting problem in the creating issue and uploading patch. Getting message
"The server at issues.apache.org is taking too long to respond."
Please look for this problem.

I'm not very optimistic, we may begin to put pressure on infra. But subtly because else it may have counter effects  :/

It's readable by subscribers who can only be commiters. All si explained at http://www.apache.org/dev/infra-mail.html (I supposed
