problem with printing my purchase order

Hi,

when I clic over PDF link to print my order, a dialog box is displayed indicating that "Files does not begin with '%PDF-'. what is the problem please ?
I have tried to print an other order, it workes !!!!

Most of the time it's because there is an error when rendering PDF. Did you have a look at the log ?
