question about tax authorities

Hello , in Peru, we have only a tax authority (SUNAT).
In our case for sales, we apply the 19% of tax.
It configured ofbiz for that when I do a transaction , it tax will be  executed automatically.
In other words, three transaction entries, one for the tax.
