refactoring to frame work

BJ Freeman
I would like to see those parts taken from application to be in a folder
in the Common with the same  name as the application
sort of like how products and facilities are called out
it would sure make development easier when I forget about what was moved
and where it is,
even with the artifact tool.

+1, also better to clearly state to which application it's related

I'd like to see every artifact/piece of code go where it makes the most development sense for the future not for the past.  When I want to find something in OFBiz I use search.

I can see your point if you know what your looking for.
but if I want to find all those things that relate to party I could
depend on the pattern to go to the party application.
once the artifact in webtools give you that info, then the pattern would
not be that important.

don't mean to hijack the thread but on the Create new pages would like
to see the pattern used in webtools to provide all the related Create
New related to the one being created.
So something is created all the links to what else needs to be created
is shown.
