request clear instructions or example of production tenant, OFBIZ with PostgreSQL database

I want to install the current production version of OfBiz apache-ofbiz-17.12.05 on ubuntu 18.04.5 LTS. I want to install the tenant version connected to a PostgreSQL database. I want to seed the installation with standard data, like a chart of accounts, etc. I would not like to install any demo data. I will be using a proxy server with "Let's encrypt" handling the SSL Certificates. I have not had any luck at the currently posted examples. I do not want to appear lazy. I have tried everything I can. I appreciate the work your group is doing and do not wish to add to the workload, but I am stuck. Thank you in advance for your help.
