requirements

Heidi Dehaes - Olagos
Hello,

What is the effect or the consequence of entering a requirement (in the tab
"orders") in ofbiz?

What does it affect?

Regards,
Eric

Granular approach for a order follows as :

    Request -> Requirement -> Quote -> Order

Depending on your business you can have a department who is responsible to
generate requirements for products. A higher authority department can
approve these and create order per supplier. Another department then can
approve the order.

Ofbiz has few triggers those generates requirement for either every sales
order or on reaching minimum stock
