Hi,
I was trying to send newsletter (bulk emails) by creating communication event.
It fires service sendCommEventAsEmail (CommunicationEventServices.java). From this service I am getting following error:
[ ServiceDispatcher.java:534:ERROR] Error in Service [sendCommEventAsEmail]: ERROR: Communication event must have a from contact mech that is an email for comm event Id 10680
But when investigating further there is no FromContactMech entity exists.
Also when I tried to add “From Contact Mech” in Create new Contact List Comm Event screen (Advance Features), it is not showing any record.
One add on while sending bulk email/newsletter. I would like to send email contents using ftl file. Where can I tell this to communication event and how?
Any pointer/help would be appreciable.
