sql exception while running the application in vista

Hi all,
    I am trying to run the application in vista,but it is raising the exception could not able to get the table info from database... it is not connecting to the database.. i am using the mysql database and the connector is mysql-connector-java-5.0.5.jar...

My guess is your entityengine is not setup up correctly or you have
permission problems, outside of ofbiz, related to vitas
