svn commit 1578621 creates new directory

Hi Jacques,

A change in this commit causes creation of a directory named
${component-name} under hot-deploy.

Had posted the same earlier via nabble [
http://ofbiz.135035.n4.nabble.com/svn-commit-r1578621-in-ofbiz-trunk-build-xml-common-xml-runtime-patches-td4649381.html]
and it still shows "This post has NOT been accepted by the mailing list
yet."

Yes I spotted it also last week. It's fixed at r1580555
