I found an error in applications/order/webapp/ordermgr/images/js/geoAutoCompleter.js on getAssociatedStateList function.

jQuery.ajax({
url: requestToSend,
sync: false,
type: "POST",
data: {countryGeoId: countryGeoId},
success: function(data) {

sync:false should be replaced by async:true.
