A patch from Pierre Smits "Include meta tag 'generator' in the ecommerce theme" https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/OFBIZ-4544

Includes the tag <meta name="generator" content="Apache OFBiz - eCommerce"> into the eCommerce theme.
This will help improve visibility when searching for implemented webshops.
