A patch from Arpit Singh Pandya for "Added missing cancel/done link on Party Attribute page." https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/OFBIZ-5253

While navigate from Party profile page to create Party Attribute, there is no back option. Added missing cancel/done link on Party Attribute page. Not available in trunk and 12.04, not sure about other versions.
