Translate the accounting component to Arabic

This is one part of the translation to Arabic project found
in JIRA OFBIZ-6432 to fully translate OFBiz to Arabic.

The commit translates the following files fully:
- AccountingUiLabels.xml
- AccountingEntityLabels.xml
- AccountingErrorUiLabels.xml
