Log:
No functional change, "load-tenant-admin-user-login" is not a main target and should be only used being called by other targets. Then there should not be a description, it's confusing! See this comment and comments above https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/OFBIZ-5757?focusedCommentId=14338165
