Thanks very much indeed for that Si.  It resolved that problem nicely.
I've got some more now but I'll get onto those one at a time.

I will also log my experiences with this and publish to the list once
complete.  My previous build was based on a cvs from just over a year ago
(will try and work out exact date) so it should be useful to those with
installs of about that age.  That build in turn was an upgrade to one
about a year previously.  Each one is getting easier and easier (he says
hopefully).
