Hello,

I had the very same issue, but only when I selected a payment type of "Payment
already received" and then in the next screen  (billing address entry) the
"continue" button does not get me anywhere. As well the "Billing
address is the
same as the shipping address" does not work.

Interestingly enough, if I go back and select another method of payment
then it
works... (which does not help me, as I would like to set it to "payment
already
received").
