All the source and everything is there, and you can really do pretty  
much anything with it. If you want to re-write the entire UI layer  
then have at it and have fun... There is a heck of a lot there so if  
you're not sure how to do it I wouldn't even touch it unless you have  
a huge budget and are ready to spend thousands of man-hours learning  
about OFBiz and then re-writing it all. You can re-use everything on  
lower layers, but you're still looking at replacing probably 150,000  
lines of various artifacts...
