this sounds really bad! You have my pitifllness on that.

I hope you've got a current dump /backup of your database and release and
a are looking for a new provider allready!
If you got the above mentioned it should be possible to get you up and
running the next day.

Could you please contact him and tell him I'm trying to contact him about
my
web site. I am a paying customer and want to know what's going on.

Or could you give me his contact info, his phone number and/or email
address
that's not @jcentric.com as Jcentric phone numbers no longer work so I
can't
get his cell phone (don't send that info on the mailing list but just to
my
email address?)
