[OFBiz] Users - Need Help connecting to an oracle database

I have download the latest version of ofbiz and built everything.  I can connect to the local derby database and everything works fine with that but when I change the entity engine file to point to the oracle database and start ofbiz, I get the following error.  I have an old version of the ofbiz and it works fine but having trouble with this one.  Any advice greatly appreciated.

java.lang.ClassNotFoundException: oracle.jdbc.driver.OracleDriver
