Users - Newbie Questions

I am a newbie in OFBiz and was playing with the ecommerce demo.  Can anyone please tell me:

1. How do I change the meta tag values in html header (e.g. keywords)?  I saw the following line in header.ftl but don't know what to do with it.
    <meta name="keywords" content="${metaKeywords}"/>
2. How to setup UPS and USPS shipping so I can print shipping labels.
