Most DSL and Cable have a business Class.
they provide single or blocks of IP's
it usually runs about $100 per month.

DSL is 1.5mb
CAble boasts 3gb or better. I belive as more usage happens this will
degrade.
I have clients get a UPS. radio shack has one for about $70.00.
I also put them behind a router for the personal workstations.
