Users - Minilang error

Everything seems to be in the right place, modelled after the third
tutorial, yet i get this. Can anyone explain why possibly?

org.ofbiz.minilang.MiniLangException: Could not find SimpleMethod XML
document in resource: org/ofbiz/appointments/AppointmentsServices.xml
