Funnily enough, I just submitted UK specific Geo data yesterday (i.e. a
list of counties).
framework/common/data/GeoData_UK.xml

There is also some "translations" into the, er, "Queens" English, but I
it's not too exhaustive, see for example...
applications/ecommerce/config/EcommerceUiLabels_en_GB.properties

Also, note...
At the moment, even if you have "catalogue" all over the content, you're
still going to have the /catalog application mounted unless you re-
mount.
